Doranblue Technology Development Process

Design and Material Optimization

Depending on the product’s purpose and function, we identify the most suitable materials and structures, creating designs that balance performance and durability. From basic design to the application of advanced technical elements, the entire process is carried out within our R&D department.

Sample and Prototype Production

Based on CAD/CAE design data, we produce precise samples and prototypes, and secure product reliability in advance through tests that simulate actual usage conditions.

Durability and Quality Testing

Doranblue applies its own durability evaluation standards and quality testing protocols to all fully developed products. By simulating various conditions such as long-term use, environmental changes, and equipment modifications, we predict the actual service life of the product and conduct thorough verification before mass production approval.
